TR Realty Bradford Roberts and Allan Lovinger lack of representation, non responsive to clients, arrogant disrespectful. Las vegas Nevada
I've been doing business with this company for 3 years. I've done multiple transactions buying and selling properties and also property management. I've dealt with Bradford Roberts, dave klug, and allan lovinger.finally after this latest transaction where I sold 8562 Lakota allan lovinger filed a lawsuit against me I notified dave klug and Bradford Roberts by email nothing has been done alan is still trying to sue me its very weird because I never had any business with him outside the company. he did some inappropriate things with my properties and I did not get all the fees back it was just a minor amount of money. but now he has done this weird lawsuit. I had to pay outside services to finish the work that allan was responsible for.also Mr dave klug had to pay for other services that allan did not complete.

TR Realty promotes it's associates to litigate with clients. They also renew contracts not with me as the owner of a property but with my acquaintances and then tell me I am locked in with them for another term. I didn't know it was legal to make contracts on property or other transactions with "friends" not listed on the property or the lease agreement. When I notified TR Realty they even admitted to it but are so brazen as to not let me go they keep sucking fees out. No words can describe the brazen actions of TR Realty and the company associates. I could not agree more with you. I had the misfortune of dealing with the pair of them. They are disingenuous, they are liars, they are sleazy, they are everything you want to avoid in this city. This city is full of scumbag realtors but these two are on top. Bradford Roberts is the OWNER of TR Realty and Allan Lovinger is one of his lackeys. Allan has broken laws, for which he has been reported and is now being investigated, they are bullies, they are just horrible.
STAY AWAY FROM TR REALTY AND ANYTHING BRADFORD ROBERTS OR ALLAN LOVINGER IN PARTICULAR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IF YOU WANT TO STEER CLEAR OF PROBLEMS. They are sleazes.
