After 9 long phone calls to Tracfone, The attendant finally told me, after lenghty discussion (due to language barrier), that my Tracfone was "non-functioning" and that I had to buy a new one. I know they are only guareented for 1 year, this one was used once in 14 months. They did however, transfer my minutes from the old phone to the new one. My complaint is that it took them 9 times (of lenthy calls by me) to finally say instead of "it should now work" to, "it is defective" After I use up my minutes, I will change to a differnt cell phone company. BEWARE of Tracfone!!!!!!!!!!
