I published my book The Chip Hustler, an original Las Vegas love story and adult fairytale in 2008. Author Solutions are a
criminal company. They funnel authors stolen royalties into the Central Security Clearing System Limited in Nigeria, Africa.
They actually sued me in the Blooomington, Indiana court, served me in Henderson, Nevada where I live, had this corrupt
Judge Hoff put a gag order on me which is only good in Indiana, because Judge Hoff is only a state Judge. I scared the
previous owners of Author Solutions, Bertram Capital Management located in San Mateo, California, by telling them exactly
how they were stealing authurs royalties. Every author buys an ISBN number from either Author Solutions or the Bowker
ISBN agency which begins with 978. Google ISBN country codes. When the ISBN country codes come up, scroll down to
978 which is the country code for Nigeria. Bowker ISBN agency might have changed it because I communicated with
them and told them they were part of the international stealing of authors royalties, using on line banking into Nigeria.
The FBI hasn't done anything about the proof I gave them on how Author Solutions steals all authors royalties. I found
that they brought down MEGA UPLOAD for selling stolen copyrighted material. I think they are still in business under a
different name. I am hoping they will get Author Solutions.
Google WRITERS BEWARE. Then type in Author Solutions. The entire lawsuit against Author Solutions and the Penguin
Group will come up, filed by a New York law firm who has served a class action law suit against Author Solutions for
stealing three authors royalties and other legal actions. The name of the law firm is Giskan Solotaroff Anderson &
Steward. Their address is 11 Broadway, Suite 2150 New York, NY 10004. Telephone: 212 847-8315. Iliana Konidaris is
the attorney who sued Author Solutions and the Penguin Group, who bought Author Solutions in June, 2012 from Bertram
Capital Management in San Mateo, California. I scared them so bad, they sold Author Solutions at the same time that
Judge Hoff in the Bloomington, Indiana court was putting a gag order on me to shut me up. It will be another year before
this class action goes before the Federal Judge and hopefully will okay the filed and served class action lawsuit against
Author Solutions. I can be contacted by emailing me at [email protected].

Thank you for rip-off... as a new author looking for a publisher I have found the answer to my misgivings. Lou Fuentes has been phoning me repeatedly and sending repeated offers to publish my first novel.
I had been advised by friends/family that the best route would be via a traditional publisher - But she assured me otherwise and had many (which seemed like) ligit reasons for using Trafford publishers. She also stated emphatically that no traditional publisher would EVER consider taking on an unknown first time author... it is so sad that we, as story tellers, just want to have our work read yet are being preyed upon by ' these sharks' and these shameful 'scams'.
Is there anyone out there who could point me in the right direction?
