Travel Life Go Direct/ Florida Way Direct/ Lucid Long Distance Got my Citi Bank checking info after I redeemed Thank You points online (somehow) Largo Florida
OK, they called my cell phone and associated themselves with Citi Bank about something I bought onilne/ (Thank You points) I assumed? They had my checking account#, routing#, so I thought it was ok to hear them out. They wanted to send me to Florida for free, I said I was not intrested. They told me they would like to mail me some info and that I could call and cancel, and not be charged. I said ok. When I got the info In the mail, I called the number to avoid being charged. It was a wrong # I was informed by whoever picked up and was given another#. I called that one and got through. I said I do not want this, want to cancel, and do not want to be charged for it. And the rep said ok you have been cancled, I said that's it and she said yes.
I was charged by Travel Life Go Direct 19.95 by electronic check and Lucid long distance 49.95 the same way
I called them to resolve the matter, and they refused to return my money.
They offered me gas vouchers, or a trip to Vegas.
I just need my money .
