Canfield,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Treasured moments is a very wishy washy bridal store with a sales staff that consists of the owner, who has her nails done more then she is at the store (by the way she is in charge of your bridal gown ordering so dont catch her on a spa day!), and the employee responding to the valid consumer complaint is the girlfriend of the owners son who shacks up and lives with as well as off of them. The staff only consists of people in their own close family and friendship circle. The lies start when you walk in the door. The mark up is TIMES 3 what you are paying for the actual dress. AND BE CAREFUL!!!! Your dress may not even get ordered if it fits (while you are tring it on there), because they will try to pawn the floor model on you to save themselves time and money and try to alter (and spot clean it) right there in the store!

Treasured Moments Bridal and Formal would never do anything so deceptive to any of our customers. As a reader, please keep in mind that these complaints can be easily made up by any of our competition as a means of hurting our good reputation. This situation reported in fact, never happened, and I challenge the author to provide evidence of this so called event. I also encourage any of our customers or potential customers to call the Better Business Bureau at 330.744.3111. This way, you can see all legitimate and factual complaints and how we solved them. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to call our email our store. Thank You, Karissa Hoover TM Bridals Manager
