On 3/24/07 Douglas Schulman with Tri-Mortgage (Licence # 67947) offered an extension of credit to obtain several properties in McKinney, TX. As part of the deal he informed me that I would have to pay him $30,000 in non-refundable money. I said no make the deal $6500.00 non refundable and $23,500.00 refundable if the loan was not funded. Money was to be held in escrow at Tri-Mortgage. Signed a contract on 3/28/07.

On 3/28/07 I wrote two checks One for $6500 non refundable, and $23,500.00 refundable.

No funding of the loan has occurred to this date. THis is a scam!!

- Tri-Mortgage, LLC is a residential mortgage company and has no ties with the Tom Barry transaction. Tom Barry is a builder seeking financing for construction development. - Tom Barry signed a contract with Jaguar Consulting Group, LLC with one of our principles being a conduit of introduction. - As per the contract, Tom Barry paid $30,000 for upfront legal and consulting fees for a 4.6 million dollar line of credit. - As per Jaguar Consulting Group, LLC, the customary time for this type of transaction is no less than 4 to 6 months if the borrower has been 100% forthcoming on their application. - As per the attorney completing the due diligence, despite the fact that Tom Barry was not 100% forth coming regarding specific credit issues, they continued to work diligently to find a solution. - Futhermore, Douglas Schulman has been working extremely hard with Jaguar Consulting Group, LLC to coordinate the legal process and to submit the Barry package to the investor. - At this point, the package has been successfully submitted to the proper investor. - It was reported that the investor feels the package is completed and will issue a term sheet once the analyst completes their review. All this has been documented and is available for review spefically the fully executed contract between Jaguar Consulting Group, LLC and Tom Barry with no mention of Tri-Mortgage, LLC.
