Trinity Financial Solutions Ripoff Misleading nothing but fraud Florida Florida
I recieved a phone call from this company encouraging me to just listen and sigh up with them. They promised a loan of up to 2000.00, free gas and oil changes. They also said I would receive my own credit coach to help guide me through repairing my credit. Sounded good but needed to think about it. TAold them I needed to think about it and if I could get there phone number and I would call them if I was interested. The man transfered me to a persistant lady who assured me that I would receive all the thing previously told to me, all I have to do was give an initial 129.00 and then pay 39.00/month. I signed up, was given a phone number to call incase I wasnted to cancel I had thirty days for a full money back guarentee. That was 3 months ago. I received some crappy package in the mail telling me for the gas and oil changes I had to send in my receipts and they would send me a check, giving me some make shift book telling me how to obtain my credit reports and some other non helpful information.
I immediately attempted to contact the company and was never able to speak with anyone. I always got the voice mail stating all of there reps were busy helping other customers. I have left several messages in attempts to get a refund before my thiry days. They have been taking 39.00 from my checking account for the past 3 months. I was finally able to get my bank to put a stop to the monthly charges. To this day I have yet to receive any return phone call from anyone within the company.
