Tristar Products Pasta Pot Express rip-off pots are pure junk & are not flat on the bottom so they bounce around when heated Wallingford Connecticut
I got the 7 qt. and 2 qt. "free" pots. The 7 qt. pot lid does not fit properly and the 2 qt. pot is unusable because the bottom is not flat and the pot "jumps around".
I called their customer service to ask for a new 2 qt. pot and they told me I had to send the whole set back with me of course paying the shipping and handling when they should be responsible for a faulty product.
I talked to two different people, neither of which were helpful at all, they told me they could not find my order.
Basically they are a bunch of scammers and do not want to keep their customers satisfied apparently.
I would like to warn others not to fall for this junk.
