Tulalip Resort Casino Reservation.com Canceled Our Reservation tulalip washington
My Wife made reservation for a room at Tulalip Rest Casino on October 19, 2018 for check in on January 1,2019, Her Birthday, check out January 2, 2018.
She Called on December 27, 2018 to make sure all was good. Tulalip Resort Casino said it had been Canceled. No reason given.
They told her we could still get the room, but it would be twice what we booked it for.
Called reservation.com and they said it was are credit card, but are credit card show to billings for two different amounts charged to it. Then two refunds for the same amounts. We never canceled it. We hav excellent credit and have had the card for a lot of years and never had a problem with it.
Now neither one of them are doing anything to correct the problem.
It was going to be a Birthday Party dinner with family at the Casino, play some games and do some drinking. We wanted the room so we could have a good time and not have to drive.
Now I have a wife in tears. I feel like it was a bait and switch going on. Someone figured we would go ahead and pay the higher price. but that is something we can't aford.
