I am getting very frustrated as I purchased a website on February 18, 2015 and the website is not set up and working correctly as of April 20,2015. I have sent all the information that is needed to fix the problem in multiple emails, phone calls and support tickets. The company replies multiple times saying that they will have everything changed and nothing is done. Why? Some of the changes I could do my self if the cpanel would let me have access to the website pages. I would stay away from this company and Mr.Bradley Hayes of Lancaster, Ohio. I have copies of 35 emails and 4 support tickets to support my report.
