I ordered the Golden Girls - The Complete TV Series on DVD from tvdvdtown.com. First of all it was not disclosed that the product was being shipped internationally so an additional $2.99 transaction fee was charged to my account. This was a birthday gift for my daughter who was highly anticipating its arrival. The product that arrived was a total misrepresentation of the item described online. What was sent could have been done by any of us at home and therefore would be subject to federal prosecution for copying violations, which is why the product is shipped from Korea. he quality. It is obvious that this product is deliberately manufactured and distributed as a ripoff. The shipper's address is totally illegible, the customer service contact is a gmail address and the online support address (www.onlinesupport247.info) is answered by a surley man immediately started usinga very unfriendly customer service tone of voice and quickly resorted to calling me a "nitwit". He refused to give me the address of where I could return the product to, telling me I had to wait 48 - 72 hours with email instructions where and how to do so (which I still haven't received and wonder if I will).
