I placed 4 orders with this company on December 12, & 18, 2006. As of today (01/12/07), I have not received one order from them. I have tried everything from calling and getting no one on the phone, just that the mailbox was full, to getting a recording this line has been dis-connected. I tried the Live Help, that was a joke. Finally I received a message that currently no one was available or on line at that time. I have e-mailed them everyday asking for the status on these orders which were for the Pasta Express, The Claw Deluxe, the My Robot Room Deluxe. All e-mails from them cofirmed shipment on the 12/18 & 20/06 and on time delivery for the holidays. I kept checking UPS tracking numbers since they said boxes were shipped and all that was confirmed was that a shipping label was printed for the orders. Yesterday, I checked the web-site again and now they have changed status to not-shipped and in process of shipping. I even received an e-mail stating they would up-grade priority shipping at no extra expense. Except, I already paid for priority shipping & a 10% discount on future orders. What a joke.... I would really like some help if at all possible. This is just the worst nightmare and a ruined Christmas for my family thanks to this company. Thank you.

Even after trying for days to contact this company, no one answers their phone lines, e-mails or the live help. Their excuse was heavy load during the holidays. I think the rush is over. I send them several e-mails daily telling them to cancel any & all orders. I am still getting no where with these people.
