This company advertises a Data Entry Program and states that All that you have to dois is choose the company that you want to work with and just fill in the online forms with the info that is provided by them in the members area. All they provide under the Data Entry; Fill out forms section IV is links to hundreds of paid survry companies. They do provide many links to traditional Data Entry companies. That is not what I wanted. What I ordered the program to get is not provided
Many links and references were provided to many kinds of work at home programs but the program described was not covered. Their website states on the payment page that if you are not 100% satisfied you can Request and Receive a Full Refund within 60 days. I made them aware that I was not satisfied with what I got and Requested Refund. I have sent 4 Request for Refund to customer service and all I received is Automated Responses stating that my request has been received and is important and a representative will be contacting me in usually about 3 hours but it could take Longer. I was contacted once by a James Jackson and he said If I was having difficulty with the program to let him know what it was and he would help me. I responded immediately and told Him that I was not happy with what the program covers and why I was unhappy and I wanted a Refund. I have had no further contact from or anyone else from the customer service Dept.
