I  purchased  HOMM 5  from  Circuit  city  during  their  going  out  of  business  sell . I  could  not  play  the  whole  game , Because  part  of  the  game was  missing . I  sent  it  to  Ubisoft  to  be  fixed . They  sent  the  game  back  to  me  with  a  letter  telling  me  to  go  to  their  web  site  to  get  payment  options  for  another  game , &  that  my  game  was  defective . Why  should  you  have  to  pay  for  another  game  when  it's  the  game ( Ubisoft )  companies  fault  your  game  is  defective  in  the  first  place ? Thats  not  good  business  practice  if  you  ask  me . I'm  not  going  to  pay  for  the  same  game  twice .
