We apologize for the problems.The problems happened because of the following: At the beginning of the year several dishonest grant companies were shut down by the authorities for not refunding or providing service. Because of the companies being shut down all the people wanting grant help purchased our CD. The caused an unexpected number of sales (more than 200% increase) , our inventory was exhausted in days. Our supplier needed 45 days to get our new order shipped to us (500% increase). We sent emails to customer to download the CD and informed them of the delay.We also sent CDs to these customers. We are an honest company who does refund people when they ask to be refunded.We have "helped" and continue to "help" people get grants. ROBERT ??? Our customer files show eight people in Omaha NE, named "Robert": - (6) Robert(s) did not complete the purchase process (did not enter a valid credit card number) - (1) Robert is in their second month using our service - (1) Robert has been refunded $74.95 and their membership has been cancelled. Robert - if you have been refunded, please let our company and ripoff report know that you have been taken care of satisfactorily.
