Union Eye Care Glasses no delivered and they ABUSE and threaten me Willoughby, Ohio
I paid for a pair of glasses in full. They are WAY passed the promise by date, so I am calling to find out when I can pick them up. They are rude beyond belief and make excuses about the lab etc etc. Finally, half a dozen phone calls later I ask to have them mailed to me becasue I am in school and work full time and the storeis far away from me and the guy says, really mocking and mean, "Are you kidding me?" and hangs up. I call back and he gets abusive and threatening! I almost called the police. He has my address! All I want is my glasses delivered in a timely matter.
