To Randy at Union Workers Credit Services, Fort Worth, Texas; I have also received one of your organizations offers and I have begun researching your organization as a result of receipt of your offer. This led me to this site and your rebuttal to previous accusations of deception by your organization. I have the offer in front of me and as I type this response to your rebuttal. I have only this to say; while your assertion that your organization makes no specific offer of any offer of a "credit card" is correct, your offer does state specifically that you are offering a $10,000.00 credit limit which CERTAINLY suggests that you are offering a credit card. Your offer goes even further to suggest a " Credit Card" offer by using the VISA and MASTERCARD logos including the "registered" trademark ("R") next to the VISA and MASTERCARD logos. This indicates that your $10,000.00 "credit" limit is in association with both of these CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS! While this may be within the limits of the law, it is at the very least a deceptive offer. My next inquiry will be with both of these legitimate credit organizations to verify that your organization has been authorized by VISA and MASTERCARD to use their name in association with your deceptive offer.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns with our company. We like to hear from consumers whether it is positive or negative feedback. Our offer is not presented as a credit card opportunity. In fact, we never even mention the word "credit card" in our offer. The feedback we receive from our members routinely demonstrates that they understand the nature of our offer and do not believe they will receive a credit card from us. However, like any offer, our services are not right for everyone. But, rest assured, we stand behind our no questions asked 60-day refund guarantee on membership fees. Our contract fulfillment company mistakenly included materials from another company in the Union Workers Credit Services Membership package that you received. We would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We strive to provide the utmost in customer satisfaction and regret the negative impression of our company that this unfortunate error has created. We urge you to contact us directly so that we can completely resolve any concerns you may have about our offer and the numerous benefits of membership. We need your name and address in order to find your account and process a full refund. Please contact us at the number below so that we may follow up on your returned membership package and refund.
