At fisrt needing a very small amount of money thinking that would be enough i borrowed initially $150.00 unwittingly allowing a number of other companys access to my account to which i am now paying dearly, so far to my knowledge there are at least 5 other companys with my access information which is causing a great deal of unnessary stress and strain. Please, Pretty Please Help me!

* Keep close eye on ALL fees you collected on your bank account(s)
* Go to the branch manager and notify them of fraud
* Ask for a reversal of fees and state you did NOT authorize the transactions
* Once fees are reversed open a new account and close the account that is tainted by payday loan company(s)
----------------------------------------------
Try to open another account elsewhere if your bank does not reverse the fees and have your automatic deposit stopped and then started to the new account. DO NOT GET ANOTHER PAYDAY LOAN. THEY WILL SELL YOUR INFORMATION AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE COMPROMISED!! AS WELL AS NEVER ENDING FEES FROM THE PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY!
-----------------------------------------------
Type/Prepare a cease & desist letter to the payday loan company explaining the extreme hardship they have placed in you financially and do not call or speak with them over the phone. Only us the US postal service to communicate. If you can not reach an agreement with the company be prepared for them to place the account/money owed on your credit report
