Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
United Credit Repair took money each money per their contract agreement and failed to provide the credit restoration as promised. Their turn-over ratio enabled them to properly handle my account is what they explained to me. They the promise me that 1 particular person would be assigned to my account, in 2 weeks that person was no longer employed their. I have recently been unable to contact them because the lines were temporarily cut off. I then received a call last monthy asking me to pay my balance off in full with United Creidit, which is in violation of their contract. The payments are suppose to reflect the work that this company is suppose to provide. That has not occurred. The complete nerve of the Accounting Department over their to call individuals now that the Federal Government has stepped in asking for payments in full for their accounts. This Company is a complete JOKE!! They never give you your credit score and always tell you that they have to call you back on that information. The fact that they can't keep employees their more than 30 days tells you something!! They have completely breeched their contract with consumers by requesting funds and taking funds for work that was not performed!

Celeste- As another ex-employee wrote-you should contact the Attorney General's Office in New York and/or New Jersey. Also, UCA is being sued by the State of New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs. If you go to their website (the NJDOCA) you will find a link at the bottom of the Press Release about UCA. If you click on that link you can enter your information. The state is suing to get restitution for the people that UCA scammed. Get your name on the list of clients that have complaints and if they are able to collect some money in the lawsuit you may get some of your money back. Plus, the judge should see the ton of people that UCA conned. Good luck!
