Like Cable wrote, you should definitely get in touch with the NJ Dept. of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint. If you didn't already know, they filed a lawsuit against UCA and are seeking not only to shut them down, but to get restitution for the consumers that have filed complaints. There is a link on their site for you to file your complaint. Also, you should file a chargeback if you paid by debit card, or file a dispute if you paid by check. Keep fighting it. I believe that UCA is already shut down, so there is probably no one there to submit information on their end, so you may end up winning by default. If not, print out all of the negative information on this company (information from legitimate sources like the BBB of NJ, Consumer Affairs, the Attorney Generals Office in NJ and NY, all government agencies which have ALL had numerous complaints about UCA) and submit it with your dispute paperwork. I know it isn't much of a consolation, but you are not alone. UCA has ripped off many people who trusted that they had their interests at heart.
