United Express Van Lines rip-off scam dirt bags charge 3x the amount it should take to ship single apartment stuff! Sunrise Florida
Like everyone here complained about United Express Van Lines. This rip-off scam artists company would quote $1,911.74 for moving a single bedroom apartment from Ann Arbor, MI to Rochester, NY (a little more than 6 hours drive). The driver came and was being evasive about how much it would cost after I frowned at the fact that he said it would cost more. He finally said it would cost $5,800. This is an overcharge big time because I don't ship anything but books, clothes, some silverware, two computer desks, one end table, and two computers. The final bill would cost $6,161.74. This is enormous rip-off! Stay away from these bastards! Do research, read the fine print, and have everything written down.
