UNITED METRO MATERIALS Rip-off - unsafe trucks cheated employees and screwed the customers even more PHOENIX Arizona
I worked for United Metro Materials for 2 years. I was fired for "not" violating department of transportation regulations.
I very quickly upset my boss Danny Hunter. He wrote me up for many different things which involved d.o.t. regulations. If I would have went ahead and followed his instructions, I would be in jail.
The company did many dangerous things like making the drivers drive a 60,000 lb. truck for up to 15 hours a day without any breaks or lunches.
They would give their favorites prime working hours. They would try to force me to drive without the use of my legal medication.
In the 2 years I worked for them I never saw another driver do a proper d.o.t inspection.
