United trucking is the broker. I did not realized he brokered out our deal to a 3rd party.

The driver party driver did not arrived on 6/27/2014 as per signed agreement. They picked up the car on 6/28/2014 at a time of their Convenience while we waited at home all day Friday AND saturday. We had NO choose but to wait as we are moving from CA to OH on 6/29/2014.

When the driver delivered the car, he requested $800 payment to release the car rather than $750 as per signed contract.

I called the broker, Michael Walberg, he told me that the date of pick up is APPROXIMATE NOT an exact date. Also the priced increased from $750 to $800 because of gas increase.

I spoke with the dispatch on July 1, 2014, and he said Mr. Walberg put a bid for $800!

There's no such thing as increase in gasoline or mileage from CA to OH. If the agreement states, $750, it is $750

Additionally Mr Walberg gave the 3rd party driver my wrong number so they could not contact me to schedule a pick up as per contract on June 27, 2014.

Per dispatch, the car is suppose to be picked up on Friday and they will come Friday it's not an ESTIMATE OR APPROXIMATE.

So United Trucking Mr. Michael Walberg is telling me misleading information. This is very unprofessional and bad business!

Per Michael Walberg,

He will mail out $75 voucher on July 2nd, 2014. I have emailed United Trucking, Michael Walberg, he said it's in the MAIL.

I never received it. Then weeks later, on Aug 14, 2014, a las 8:06 AM, <[email protected]>:

"hello, yes our vendor stop sending them we finally are getting them back in this month . I don't appreciate your judgmental tone . we are doing you the favor as a courtesy and don't need to be insulted."

Obviously this broker is been dishonest again. He has told me SEVERAL times the gas voucher for $75 is in the mail. It's Sept 10, 2014, the broker refuses to call or email me back. I have not heard from him since August 14, 2014.

I should have received a refund of $200 I paid him for his commission/broker fee.   BEWARE of this broker.

I dealt with Michael never with Anthony.  I was in the same situation!

I had my car shipped from CA to OH. The company that picked up my car was 1 AND 1/2 day LATE!!!  Their excuse was Micahael gave them the wrong number.  THEN

When my car arrived in OH, the company asked for $200 more than the contract I signed.  Then I called Michael, Micahel was VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.  He said he has NO control over gas prices.  If it increased, my contract increases.  When I verified this w/ the company that picked up my car, he said this is untrue, it's based off of the contract.  Michael sent over the bid $200 higher than he quoted me!

MICHAEL IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS PERSON!
