According to their web site you should have received a username and password when you first made the loan. If you don't have it there is a customer service page that has a link that can be used to have it emailed to you. Try logging onto their web site to determine your loan balance and set up your payment through there. You'll need to make sure that the arrangement is made three business days prior to the due date for your debit (ie by Tuesday for a debit on Friday). Also take a look through the original loan documents. There may be form that you can fill out and FAX to them (again, three business days before the debit is to occure). Quickly looking through their site, there doesn't seem to be alot of options to contact them other than a phone number or email. You my have to be persistant. Good luck.
