Complaint Review: Universal Management - Scentura - Rhino Management - World Perfume - Tucson Arizona

To the rebuttal from this report, I know for a fact that UNIVERSAL MGMT is a TOTAL SCAM! I worked for them for 4 days and I figured them out! They lied to me and had me sell their cheap, knock off perfume/cologne buy telling me it was the real stuff and even gave me a list with Ralph Lauren, Polo, Liz Claiborne, etc to sell from BEFORE showing me the knock offs I were selling the next day! I wen't out and sold 31 bottles of this cheap stuff to people who trusted me. I had to pay out of my pocket for their lies! I was also put in the parking lot to sell this cheap stuff with the same list I was sent home with so then I quit! Yeah sure, some people will make it in this business: THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO CONCIENCE THAT CAN CHEAT, LIE AND STEAL FOR A LIVING TAKING PEOPLES MONEY BY TELLING THEM IT IS NAME BRAND PERFUME IN TESTER BOTTLES! So, IF YOU ARE THAT KIND OF PERSON AND YOU ARE NOT SCARED OF GOD THEN GO FOR IT! As for me, I would rather sit at home and have a hell of a time trying to find a job with three kids eating oodles and noodles for supper like I have been doing! To hell with lieing for a living! Some of the employees (actually even Julie, the regional Manager whom was training my group) even told us that once they got started in the business that their own families despised them for it and would not have anything to do with them because they stuck with the business. WHY DO YOU THINK HER OWN FAMILY DISOWNED HER? I tell you it would take a lot for my parents to disown me and WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT SCAMS PEOPLE AND LIEING FOR A LIVING WOULD DEFINITELY DO IT BECAUSE I WAS NOT BROUGHT UP THAT WAY! Were you?

I am so very tired of world perfume trying to distance itself from Scentura. World Perfume is almost completly the same--I would estimate 99% the same. They use the same training manuals, they have the same sleezy tactics, and the exact same lies. This is from my soon to be released webpage: "ARE WORLD PERFUME AND SCENTURA THE SAME COMPANY? Read the damning comparison of World Perfume and Scentura training. The President of World Perfume, Johnny Whitworth, worked for Scentura for years as Scentura's top distributor. When he left he took the business model with him and applied it to World Perfume. He also stole the training manuals, which can be clearly seen in the training sessions showing the training sessions are EXACTLY alike. Many distributors have been lured away from Scentura to work for World Perfume. ---------------------------------------------Scentura and World Perfume may not be the same company, but their distributors have almost identical business models: *Sell perfume in parking lots *FFAAR (friends family and relatives) contest *All distributors buy products on consignment *Same fraudulent classified advertising *Same Multi-level marketing scheme *Very similar training, using the same analogies, promises, lies, and acronyms (K.I.S.S. FFAAR, Training=Torture, Fear of Loss, "Drop", P.M.A.=O.P.M. ). --- I am so tired of World Perfume distributors claiming such outrageous and obvious distortions of fact. -- That is why I compiled two daming graphs that clearly show that World Perfume and Scentura are EXACTLY a like. after compilign these graphs, I was surprised myself how simialar these businesses really were. After reading up on the internet about World Perfume I was outraged. I was a former employee of Universal Mgmt, and they are not a scam. They were more then just a company for me. My friend joined with them and made it successfully through the training program and does great for himself. I however had not made it because of inability to work as hard as they do. I made a mistake by leaving and wish I could have made it. Sunterra Creations however is the opposite in this business. Yes they are both perfume companies but they are different in honesty and realism. Every thin Zach and Johanna said was absolutly true and real. If they said they were going to give you the opportunity, they did give it. All those people that don't make it are lazy mentality people. If you really want a career and have motivation to do it, you wil go very far in this business. I however, am one of those lazy people, but I don't blame Universal mgmt for my inability to work hard.
