I was contacted for an interview for a Marketing/Customer Service Rep position from jobing.com. I was e-mailed back from a company that now refers to itself as Universal Direct Inc. They had instructions as to how to call and schedule an interview. However, to follow said instructions, you had to call an office with a local phone number. No one ever answered that phone, so you had to leave a voicemail, which I did around 11am. I recieved a call back at 7:20PM that evening, from a phone number in Los Angeles. Didn't think it was totally inconcievable that the company would have call centers from neighboring areas, so I went ahead and scheduled an interview. She reminded me that the address was at the bottom of the e-mail, and asked if I needed directions. I said no, used to looking up addresses online. After the call, I did a lookup on the address to find out where it was, and was surprised to find more than 6 different business listing the same address. I looked through the links provided, to find the site with the most recent copyright, to find out if chronologically, it appeared that Universal Direct Inc could have just acquired the property. I found that the location is a rentbale convention center-like business that rents out space for meetings, etc. So I looked here. No reports on that business name, however, I found Numerous reports on Tri Universal Inc, and their president Harmony Hunt. I look them up, and their website is exactly the same, with address in Anaheim.
