Universalrxfl.com, Card33.com ripoff, fraudulent dishonest billing; not returning calls Tampa Florida
I ordered a med through Universalrxfl.com. I received an e-mail confirmation that same minute... then received an e-mail from their billing company, Card.33.com., the "company" whose name appeared on my charge card next to the "non-refundable" (regardless of anything, I see now, such as illness, death, ANYTHING) charge of $19.95.
It was after a few e-mails to them(approx.10) and numerous unanswered phone calls that they sent me an e-mail stating that as soon as they received a faxed prescription from my doctor(!?!?) I would receive my med 7-10 days later. I e-mailed and called, stating that the whole idea behind this was to get a med that my doctor would NOT give me a prescription for (DUH)-No luck.
I called my credit card company with whom I've been for about 11 years. The rep in the billing fraud division said under law they had to pay this "non-refundable" amount...but after I read from this amazing RIP-OFF REPORT, she called Universalrxfl, was also put on hold for quite a while, then finally was told by somebody that no one was there to help her with any info and hung up. She got back on the line with me and advised me to fill out the "Dispute Portion" on the back of my credit card bill, mail it to her, along with all copies of my correspondence with this gross company. I'm doing so as we speak, and will keep you all posted... I WILL NOT get ripped off by Universal/Card 33...and I hope no one else will again, thanks to you guys!!!
