University Phoenix - University of Phoneix Online Chargeback Scam Orlando Florida
I took a class online wit uop in May of 2007. Finished in June, then in August i get a phone call from stating that i or my bank requested a charge back of $75 to my debit card. I had no idea what they were talking about, i told them i never got a credit from them.
So i called my bank and they confirmed that no credit had come from UoP. So i called Phoenix back and they said well there is one and if you don't pay it it will go onto your credit report as being unpaid since May. and true to their word, i have a collection on my credit report for something i never received. To this day i have yet to get a chargeback on my account. I guess its somewhere in cyberspace.
