Unsecured Loan Source First Solutions or First Solutions Inc. Company promised me a $5,000.00 loan for a fee of $499.00. They would submit my file to over 2000 lenders and I Could get my money within 5-8 working days. Lighthouse Point, Florida
I was contacted by Lori and advised that I could get a loan for $5,000.00. No credit check was done. All they needed was a fee that was required to start the process. The fee is $499.00. With this fee, over 2000 lenders would be contacted and the top 3 would be provided to me to choose the best rate. I was contacted every other day to go through with this loan. I decided to pay the fee and they sounded trust worthy. However, after giving them my bank info I found out a day later, that this was a scam. I Placed a stop payment immediately and indicated this was a scam and a fraud. Your bank should be able to stop the check or reverse the transaction. Mine did, and I got my money back. It does not matter if you send emails or call them, they will argue and tell you that they have procedures and they will gladly refund your money, but they won't. Also, they have you sign a payment authorization form and it includes your check number. That actually helps to stop payment on this transaction. They can't do it by ACH. They also say that the fee is $499.00 but they actually make the check for $499.85 so it confuses the banks from processing a stop payment. Also the check that is processed is payable to First Solutions not Unsecured Loan Source, so look out for this name too. Finally, beware of all of these people: Lori, Joshua Cohen, Isabella, David and of course Andrew (he is supposed to be the Manager) So fight and get your money back.
