For about 1 year ago in my credit card report appears a charge of aprox 10 dlls of UOL juno, when i contact my bank they tell me that i have to contact the company and check why is that charged, but UOL juno doesnt have an e-mail for "not members", the most extrange think is that i never visit the web page, i never give them my credit card number and in the top of that im in mexico city. when i use the contact page to let them know about my problem, the follow is the automatic respond in my e-mail:

i dont spect to recive my money back,i have to cancel my credit card because of this, but i write this to prevent other persons for cancel your credit cards when you see the first unauthoriced charge of this fraudulent company.
