UPGRADE BAY.COM FRANK this dam co sent me a touchpad instead of labtop. they blamed me,then tried to coax me into more expensive labtop. FINALLY,OMG!!!THEY SAID I DAMAGED BOX,HENCE,NO REFUND!! orange county, California
A computer repair man ordered labtop for me as i trusted his knowledge etc for identifying would be scams. HOWEVER!!! a week later i recieved this bogus wad of rubber and foam(touchpad) for labtop,not a labtop,at all.
we are very poor and labtop was for 16 yr old girl. she NOW HAS NO LABTOP FOR SCHOOL. and teacher will fail her as she is in virtual class which require us to supply labtop. FRANK, tried to coax me into a more expensive labtop,as i told him we only had small amount to give.
after several days of him searching for comprable priced labtop, he blamed us for error, and said it wasnt his add,even tho i sent him copy of labtop add etc. i just told him that i wanted refund as i then knew,and know now, this company is BOGUS!
i then mailed back his box of meaningless rubber,via a certified fed ex outlet,with his anal instructions as to specific directions on how to mail it back,or i wouldnt be refunded. Minus,a 20% asswipe RE STOCKING FEE,OMG!! and i have to pay for shipping,(now im down 50%loss), i get an e-mail w/photos of a package damaged by him? probably.....fed ex crushed it? probably not
I LOSE ALL MY MONEY NOW. THIS F*CKER JUST TOTALLY RIPPED OUR FAMILY OFF.FU FRANK!!
