Since our company still hasn’t received the full funds of Urban Daddy Perks after doing business over a year ago; I feel that I should warn everyone who's about to get involved with Urban Daddy.  

Throughout the painful 9 months that we have been trying to retreive some of the +$13000 bill, there wasn't any explanation or communication in general from Urban Daddy's side. We even might have been open to accept an alternative payment schedule if they where upfront about the issue(s) that they are facing, but the lack of respect is astounishing. 
 
If they are not having financial issues, a scam is the only explanation. It's certain that they are doing business in bad faith (confirmed by the others reporting the same on this website) and that’s why I had to act before more businesses get into trouble. 
 
They are pulling all the tricks in the book to avoid explaining anything and communication is stalling constantly. This has been going on for over 9 months and I’ve not even once received a straight answer to my questions/requests. 
 
If you are considering going into business with Urban Daddy: A simple way for you to check if you're being helped in case of an issue: try to call anyone in the company. If you succeed, please let me know how, since we’ve tried about 50 times to a dozen of numbers/extensions. 
 
Of course it is up to you to decide what to with this information. However, as long as you haven’t sent your goods, you still have a chance to safeguard your position.
 
We finally gave them an ultimatum; if they fail we have no other choice than to start a lawsuit against them. Hopefully others can avoid this.
 
The sad thing is that their way of doing business has the potential to bankrupt small businesses. Given that they don't seem to have any remorse, they have to be stopped.

We have been done business with Urban Daddy for 2 year now, and every time they delay payment, this time we have an invoice past duef for 2 month and as they always do, nobody anwsers the emails, the problem now and the reason i'm writting is because all their phone lines are out, I can sense that they are either going out of business or about to.

I would really recommend not to engage comercially with UD as we will start our legal procedures right away.

The only reason I'm not putting my company name here is because we are starting a legal procedure and don't want to give them the heads up befor they receive the lawsuit.

This statement is 100% real and if you take your chances with them you will remember this report.

I just hope I can avoid other the problem we are going through right now.

We finally heard back from Urban Daddy and we agreed to payment terms that finally resolved our issue.
