urban house tees never received my shipment internet Internet

I placed my order on July 13 for one tank top . I only got one email after saying they recieved my order. A week later I emailed them stating I never recieved my tank top. THey emailed me back saying it would take 5 more days to ship out . Well we are in August and nothing no tank top . Looks like I got ripped off
