URBAN SOCIETY CLOTHING/ Brian Brian's a smooth talker! I bought a $50 gift certificate. We ordered a t-shirt 12-20-07 and were still waiting as of 3-17-08. Now they wont take my call. still waiting as of March 17th. Mission Hills California
I bought a $50 gift certificate for my husbands 50th birthday. Hes a huge Chuck Liddell fan. He ordered a t-shirt Dec. 20th and were still waiting for it as of March 17th 08.
I had talked to Brian countless times over the last month or so and he keeps coming up with some excuse like, "oh I didnt recieve that yet, he sent one to Vegas already, oh here it is, it was a different name".
Then he said I'll get that right out. Another week goes by, no t-shirt. I call him back. Hhmmm he says, let me check, let me start over. Heres your tracking #. I waited again, checked UPS with the tracking # and it didn't work.
I had called him back and I said, "whats going on you guys havent answered your phone for a week" and he said "oh, weve been having trouble with our online orders", whatever that means!
Now I've been calling for 3 weeks and no one answers at all so I leave a message then 3 days later I go to call again and the mail box is full.
Then I wait and call back a few days later and the answering machine is taking messages again and I repeat the process.
