Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I ordered what I thought was an authentic Affliction THERMAL for my husband ($54), what I received 15 days later, was a cheap knock-off T-SHIRT (listed at $36 on their website). Needless to say I contacted the company immediately after receiving the merchandise, I expressed my concerns on not only the incorrect merchandise that was sent, but the authenticity of the merchandise that was sent.

My first call went out to the company using the number listed on their website (Customer Service Hot-line: 310-927-0542) Guess what? It's a cell phone! I know I definitely should have done my research first, this was a lesson learned! My next 3 calls to the company were answered by the same person a man who called himself "Barry" the store manager, I was told to take a picture of the merchandise and email it to [email protected].

Well I did, and guess what, NOTHING! I also followed up with two additional emails that were never answered. My last call went out to the number that was listed on my credit card statement (310-750-5094) . The guy said his name was Kyle and that he was the owner of the store, he too assured me that I would be credited the $16 difference, again NOTHING!

So at best I ordered from a company that virtually sent me the wrong merchandise and decided they would keep monies owed to me, at worst I ordered from an Affliction spoofing website that not only sent me a boot-leg T-shirt after I ordered a thermal, but decided to help me out by stealing my money and not refunding the difference! I have tried to call several times since then and of course no one answers, it goes straight to their cell phones VM!

In addition to this when I mentioned to the CSR that I had a funny suspicion that this entire ordeal was fraudulent and that I would consider contacting my bank to have the charges reversed he came back with a scamalious rebuttal stating "Well I don't think that'll work, we did send you something via UPS and we have the tracking # to prove it!"

So basically I would be fighting it out with the bank to prove that Yes this company did send me something, but it was not authentic nor the correct item, I believe this is exactly how Urbansocietyclothing.com gets you! They know it will be pretty tough to prove they are committing fraudulent transactions as they do actually send you some garbage via courier service, which can be tracked.

Needless to say I've learned my lesson, and I can only hope that I've helped someone else, Karma is always lurking around the corner, and with that said their day will come! Thanks UrbanSocietyClothing.com you turned my holiday season into a valuable lesson learned!
