U.S. Airways Refusing to accept resposibitlity for employee's errors Phoenix, Arizona
My ex-wife and our children were flying to Portugal from Greensboro, NC and were supposed to go from LaGuardia to Newark airport. However, U.S. Airways personnel misinformed her that she was supposed to go to JFK airport instead, causing her to waste $60 on another shuttle ride, and leaving her and two children stranded in Newark airport all night. When I contacted U.S. Airways, the only response that I got was "We're sorry that this happened, but we can't believe that oune of our representatives would tell her to go to the wrong airport. There's nothing that we can do." U.S. Airways needs to step up, take responsibility for their employees, and make this right!
