US Funding Today/Preferred Global Funding They took a due dilliegence fee and when we asked for a refund we get no response. Debbie Taylor is the persons which i dealt with which im sure is an alias. Scam of taking an upfront fee promising to provide an angel investor for our project Bevery Hills, California
This Company US Funding Today or AKA Preferred Global Funding got my company's information off an internet site that helps business connect with investors. The site was Midwest Investment Network. They contacted us and said they were interested in funding our project. They took a little information and said they would see if there investors would approve our project.
They/she (her alias name was Debbie Taylor) said we were approved and to start the process there was an upfront refundable due dilligence fee of $2500. We are also working with another company registered to the site (Midwest Investment Network) and we did the background on that company and it checked out so I didnt bother doing the check on Us Funding Today/Preferred global Funding. So long story short we sent the upfront fee. Things are going well with our other source so we asked for the refund back pretty quick and its been over 30 days with no response.
There's already a couple reports about this company on here, but i dont think any of them sent the 2500 fee. We did and its obviously a scam and since we've done the research after the fact we have a couple different addresses but we have just pin pointed where they are.
We knew the old saying before we sent the money "if you are not prepared to loose an investment don't do it." The $2500 is not a ton of money but its the principle behind the motive that pisses us off. Let's make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
