On 4-19-2010 I received a green post card in the mail. (Have card as proof). I called the number and spoke to Justine she said I would easily recieve $25,000 in grant money. The program was $69.00 and $9.95 shipping and handling fees. I gave her the account number. She said I'd get the material in 5-7 days.



4-21-2010 $78.95 was withdrawn from the account. us grant kits 5046067519. I also filed a complaint online. (have a copy of it)



May 3rd I called the 1-877-301-9907 and they said I called the wrong number this was for another program and gave me 1-888-207-9339. Left a message and call was never returned.



May 6th I received the book in the mail. It was called Free Cash Roadmap. I immediately called the company and told them I received a book that I didn't order and I wanted my money back. They told me I had to send the book back in the original package and once they received it I'd receive a credit to my account. I enclosed a letter with the book. (have copy of that letter). When I told her I was filing a complaint with the BBB she remarked "Do what you have to do we'll be here next week and the week after that."



May 7th I went to the post office and sent the book back and got a U.S. Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt.  I checked the number on the Confirmation Receipt and they said the package was delivered on May 13, 2010 at 5:13pm.



June 8th I received a letter from BBB from Washington DC (have letter). They said they sent two letters and no response from them. I was asked it they contacted me.



June 9th I left two messages.  Also, completed a BBB Complaint Form online against the company. (have copy)



June 18th spoke to Presley on the phone. I was found in the system and I would be receiving a refund.



July 13th received a letter from BBB Washington, Dc. They still received no response from the company.



July 29th sent them a letter telling them I was going to notify everyone online not to do business with them as well as go to the media in their area and the newspapers.



They've had plenty of time to resolve this matter and nothing. Now it is my turn to show this company I am one person that isn't going to give up.
