US Marketing Alliance - CCS Advertising wants people to scam businesses to profit. They will hired anyone as a puppet. BEWARE!!! Rancho Cucamonga California
I went to an interview for US Marketing Alliance aka Ad Group aka CCS Advertising in Rancho Cucamonga. I sat in the office awaiting my interview and found it strange that I could not find much research on the company. I was nervous and the room was full of interviewees. One man asked the receptionist, "So, how many people are you looking for to fill this position?". She replied, "We don't have a set amount, as many good candidates that we can find". I feel like this response was strange, but didn't think much of it at the time.
I was interviewed by James 'Blake' Wilson who is President/ CEO of the company. The interview was not an interview, rather trying to convince me to work for the company. He gave me strange compliments and it made me feel uncomfortable. James wanted me to commit to coming back for a second interview the following day, which involves shadowing an employee. I declined and he handed me his business card.
Strangely enough, the business card he gave me says, "CCS Advertising". While the job I applied for was US Marketing Alliance. I found a similar job on career builder that has the SAME phone number as US Marketing which is called the AD Group.
I would not encourage anyone to apply for at job at this company. It is a pyramid scheme. They are hiring you to make money for the company. You are their puppet. The more people they hire, the less work they have to do. Your job will be to scam good people out of money and them give a portion of the money to the company.
