RECIPIENT**. Further details and conditions follow: This financial information has been confirmed by the Internal Audits Data Supervisor and was reviewed through scientific database selection that you, _____have definitely been assigned a CASH AWARD based on the above FILE NUMBER 20113332738. It is my distinct pleasure and honor to so notify you of the above, and to present our ASSESSED VALUATION.
