US Realty Records Paid the $1.25 for absolutely NO INFORMATION Internet
I went to the Montasna Public Records site to try to find the owner of a property in Tax records since they were not listed on Spokeo. The Montana State site took me to UsRealtyRecords.com - which led me to believe it was legit. Then after entering the property address and going through a "search" routine, it came up with the requirement to pay $1.25. After going back to the Montana state assessor site and verifying there was no other way to access the information (as there is for all other states I've looked up) I paid the $1.25. Of course USrealtyrecords.com tried to make me believe that I needed to buy a subscription for $19.95 per month to get the information. I did not buy. Perhaps I did have to buy the subscription because when the information came up... there was absolutely NO INFORMATION. There was, however, 2 opportunities to contact a REALTOR for the property. A total RIP OFF. I will be contacting the state offices of Montana and every social media site I can find.
