USA CARD SERVICES I Too Feel I Am A Victim Ripoff Dallas Texas
I too have been taken my by a fast talking sale person. Even as I trying to talk I was being rush into making a decision. I thought at the time since I was not working it would be a good opportunity however it was nothing like I thought it would be.
I have been paying USA Card Service for a year, trying to fine money every month to make a payment. Everything they offer I could get for much less on the Internet. Unfortunately you do not realize what you are getting until after you are able to access your website and by then the time to cancel the contract has past.
I was sent a Credit Card payment machine, which I have no use for since my plan was to start an online business, which they knew because I told them. My question is WHY did they send me a Credit Card Machine when the business information they gave me was to set up my business online.
When I call the company I was told I was paying for the credit card machine and the only way out was to transfer the payments to someone else.
They tell you they are investing $5,000 in you, yet you are making payments of $130.00 monthly for 48 months which adds up to $6,240 which is more then they invested.
I cannot see myself paying for something I did not ask for, for the next 3 remaining years and the equipment is still in the box.
How do I stop this legally? I tried to close my account once and was told I could not since I had regular ARCH payments coming in.
