I was given the same number as the Mich. person. 1-800-594-3993. I just gave them my info yesterday and called this number today and got ahold of them. I cancelled my account, and the pending payment that was to come out of my account in a month. Let's hope they don't try to take it out anyway. I called back to verify that they cancelled it and it had been. Let this be a lesson learned to us all!
