I'll address this issue since you all seem to not understand what the supervisor told you. 1) When you decided not to go through with the processing, all your information is purged from the database, and no one is able to access that information, nor does USA credit provide any third party affiliates with your information. 2) If you are worried about giving your information out & then others using it, why would you provide it in the first place? Seems to me that you are just looking to get "took", lucky for you, USA credit is a respectable company, otherwise you could have been into one long road ahead. 3) Contacting your bank is a good idea if you ever suspect something is going to happen, they will always be able to assist you with the matter. 4) As for the supervisor(s), obviously they have their position for being crediable and knowing about the company, You were not mislead one bit by the mention supervisor, nor would you have been with any of the supervisors. 5) Again, you obviously do not have good credit or were looking to help your credit out a bit or you would not have came in contact with USA credit, therefore you passed up an opportunity to enhance your credit score... 6) Something to think about: What company is going to offer you any amount of money as an UNSECURED line of credit without doing a credit check to help you? NONE; Visa/Mastercard may help you, however they are going to make you pay 300-500 just to get a line of credit for $300-500, and then it is only reported as a SECURED line of credit, in any means, the Unsecured line of credit is what is going to help your score in the long run. 7) USA credit did NOT take your Social Security Number of Birthdate, YOU provided them, so when pointing fingers, make sure you realize who's actually the one at fault. Thanks, Keith - USA credit Rep.

Since they have your SSN and birthdate, I would be very worried about identity theft if I were you. You may want to contact a lawyer or someone who can help you safeguard yourself and prevent these people from creating problems for you. I can't offer you and specific advice because I don't know specifically what you should do at this point. However, you should do something! Don't sit back and hope this unscrupulous company does the right thing! You need to be proactive and prevent any damage that could be done, ASAP. I'm glad badbusinessbureau was able to save you from getting scammed directly, but you aren't out of the woods yet.
