Any contract that has a clause which violates any law is invalid. If that contract ever went to FEDERAL COURT, it would be thrown out as invalid. You cannot sign away your protections under federal law. They are just small time scumbags who never consulted a competent attorney when writing that contract. Go ahead and sign the contract and then default just for fun. Then everyone else who ever signed the contract will have recourse against them when you win your case in court.
