USA Magazine Exchange ripoff False promises made of having won an expensive prize False signing up of magazines for long period of time These magazines are not worth that much Glendale Arizona
This is an extreme nightmare. False promise of having won a sweepstakes. Gave bank information (early on a Saturday morning). And when I found out exactly what had happened I phone them the next business day.
Couldn't cancel. Told me that phone conversation had been recorded and I could and would be sued.
I think they should be put out of business and all money refunded to everyone being swindled.
I need help in stopping them.

I was able to get out of my contract

It took some work, but I was able to get my contract cancelled. I found out what they were doing was illegal in my state. In Washington, you need a license to do any form of telemarketing unless you are a charitable organization. I had to a lot of digging to get that kind of information but I got it. Maybe there is such a law in your state. Good luck to you.
