USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK APPLIED MY AUTO LOAN TO AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO ME AND WILL NOT FIX IT! SAN ANTONIO Texas
In February, I made my auto loan. I found out later, that it was creditied to an insurance account. I've never taken a USAA insurance policy out. They are now threatening reposession and will not credit the account.

Yes, apparently you understood what I meant. They credited an insurance account that's not belong to me.

You "made an auto loan" and it was credited to an insurance company??? Do you mean you made an auto loan payment and instead it was mistakenly credited to an insurance account which is not yours? Please explain more and identify who "they" is.
