Call your SBC Customer Service number and tell them you want the number to Corporate. If they ask you why, you can tell them it is because your billing is NOT correct and has not been corrected after numerous attempts to do so. Then contact Corporate (I've had to contact twice on different billing issues...they got the matter resolved without a big hassle). Good luck.

I have a cancellation # issued 1/26/06. The new bill from SBC still shows a balance due of $110.60 plus $1.64 late charges, and NOW, my account is in the collections department for non payment. Re-contacted USABD, they tell me that they issued a credit on 1/26/06 and it will 60 - 90 days before it will be cleared on my bill.
