Ussa ripoff, sent letter saying won $3,700,300 send $20 and form w-19 to confirm identity Las Vegas Nevada
i received a big brown envelope with a stamp on the front saying confirmed. inside was a letter saying i have been identified as the recipient of $3,700,300. i was in danger of forfeiting it if i didnn't respond within 7 days.
i needed to sign official form w-19 and send $20 to receive my winnings. sure glad i looked at ripoff report first.
