Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Seth Devey( VP) and Josh Collect (owner) will say anything to get you to sell for them. They do not pay the reps on time, promise people the world and then lie about what they say. If you are working for them or are being recruited by them. Get everything in writing and notarized. They claim you are a independent contractor but, if you leave you will never get your money. horrible company!!!!! Seth has law suits in his name for trade secrets he can not be trusted. Josh does not have an ounce of business ethics. He is a typical cocky owner who could care less about anybody but himself.

#2UPDATE Employee ..inside information

This report was filed by a former sales representative that is upset with us because of the circumstances concerning his termination. Our sales staff are independent contractors that set their own schedule and work on a commission-only basis. This person only worked with us for about a month. During that time we were awaiting the results of his background check which was taking longer than usual due to the detail we requested, and a hyphenated last name that made it difficult for the courts to determine which name to pursue in their records.

The report came back with unfavorable results, and combined with some other concerns we had with this sales person's conduct already (including concerns brought to us by previous companies he had worked for regarding safeguarding consumers' personal information) we terminated his employment with us. This is obviously an upsetting situation for anyone, working for commission or not, and we certainly wish no ill will against him.

It's a bummer for everyone. If any compensation was owing for sales completed (meaning installed), we paid it when it was due. Any deals that are still waiting for install are considered forfeited when a sales representative is terminated for cause or chooses to leave, per our sales agreement with them. But again, we aren't looking to take advantage of this former representative or any future sales staff, this is just what happened. Hopefully this explanation helps clarify the situation.
